The attached Pre-Inspection Agreement must be reviewed and signed by our client(s) prior to commencing with the home inspection.  We prefer receiving a signed agreement by fax or email before the inspection date.  A hard copy will be presented upon arrival at the inspection site.  Client will receive a carbon copy. We cannot perform an inspection without a signed agreement.  Please review the MD Standards of Practice included on this page.  All MD home inspectors are required to follow these standards.  We may exceed certain standards based upon the professional judgment of the inspector for AIM Home Inspection, Inc.
