About John Evans

As founder of AIM Home Inspection, Inc., I, John Evans have established the goal to provide the highest quality home inspection for my clients. I beleive in and follow the Code of Ethics established by InterNachi. Every client is important to me, and I never forget how important the home purchase is to the client. Home inspections are difficult work, and I love a challenge!   I always strive to protect my clients.  I'm available for post inspection questions and encourage my clients to stay with me during the inspection process.  Inspections are scheduled Monday through Saturday (Some Sundays), and we accept calls seven days a week.

My Qualifications

I offers clients years of hands on experience in the areas of home inspection, construction, home improvement, and real estate.  My effective communication skills enable me to deliver an oral summary and to compile a comprehensive written report.   Along with my many credentials, I offer the following:

• Infraspection certified Level 1 Infrared Thermographer #7801
• Certified member in good standing of the InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNachi)
• State of Maryland Home Inspector License #30053
• Maryland accredited Visual Lead Inspector #11157
• Mold Certified IAC2 Certification #00-7183
• Graduate of Building Specs (Nationally recognized home inspection training center)
• Annual minimum 24 hours of approved training courses
• Affiliate member of the Harford County Association of Realtors
• Member of FREA (Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers)
• Fully insured including errors & omissions, liability, bonded
